I was going to set up a seller account with them...until I read their policies. I had already finished half the requirements so I wrote to them to ask that they cancel what I had done so far and explained nicely why I wished to cancel. They didn't even read the email I sent. They just sent back some inane canned response. It took me looking for a phone number, calling and raising HE(( before they responded appropriately. No wonder some of their sellers don't care about their customers...there will never be a backlash from Amazon for it because they don't care.
