Wal-Mart Cake

Some employees had a "going away" party for a lady at their BCBS Little Rock claim office.
One of the supervisors called a Wal-Mart and ordered the cake.
He told them to write: "Best Wishes Suzanne" and underneath that write "We will miss you".
As the picture shows, it didn’t quite turn out right.
It was too funny not to keep it. And funny enough for Just Stupid!

Underneath as 2 words would have to be spelled Under & Neat to be correct. Notice the use of a capitol letter starting the word neat? Why can’t angry people stop for 2 seconds to read AND comprehend before spouting… in this country that has everything (including incredibly bitter and grammatically challenged commentors).

Before criticizing others’ spelling: check your own. It’s not “capitol letter.” It is “capital.” “Capitol” refers to a city that is a seat of government (or a building that houses governmental bodies, such as the building in which the House and Senate meet in Washington DC.

I love this haha! Its funny though how skewed these stories get though time and email. I happen to have a close personal relationship with the person that actually ordered this cake. This is about as close as I have seen lately to the actual story, but the only thing I am going to give away (to protect identities) is that it was a woman who ordered it, and supervisor was not her title. But the biggest thing that I have seen wrong in this story is that the cake was actually ordered from Sam’s Club. Haha.

My brother is a director of buyers for Walmart, my sister-in-law, a buyer. I wonder if they’d see the humor since they live where Walmart is headquartered!? Maybe I’ll send this link

For my son’s communion, the bakery wrote

Well, I worked in the bakery of Wal-Mart a year ago, and that box looks like the one that we used. I guess it depends on the store location.
