Industrial sector is consuming vast amount of water. They'd also donated a few water treatment containment operational systems (Was called COPS but I cant remember the term now). I still dont see how me flushing a toilet has any bearing on anything other than guilting me into some political action. Theres no reason they cant get rid of their corrupt governments and do things to change their own lives. The Ethiopian famine of the 80s was caused by a government rule of "no hoarding allowed", so in a light drought there was nothing stored to eat.
