Stupid Mom and Daughter Lawbreakers

Here is one for the stupid criminals record book. It’s the story of a mother and daughter who were both stupid enough to be driving around in cars with expired plates. And they also both had expired driver’s licenses.

But there’s more to the story than that.

First, the daughter got pulled over because she had expired plates on her car. The stop was fairly routine until it turned out that the plates on the car did not belong to the car that she was driving. She justified this, explaining that she knew that the plates were expired so she swapped them with the plates on her mother’s car.

After the whole issue was dealt with and she was cited, the daughter was allowed to call someone to come pick her up. She called her mother. That’s when the mother showed up, driving the other car which also had expired plates. And since neither had a driver’s license, neither should have been driving in the first place.

How dumb can you get?!
