Police Car in the Wrong Place

It’s stupid driver time! What was this cop thinking? Looks pretty obvious to me what is going on - it’s a construction project with fresh concrete! In fact, the officer was probably assigned to make sure things like this didn’t happen!

I think the best part is he has the lights on. Like that could possibly do any good at this point. Rumor on the Internet is someone through a donut out in the middle of the concrete to see what would happen…..
