well maybe they were parked inthat drive way and some one else was leaving and so they had to back out and they just parked right there because it was the closest place…

Heh, when we were kids we twisted a ONE WAY sign around, so it faced another like this:
ONE WAY —-> <—- ONE WAY
Was on an unique street where two Y-turns led into one street. We went all over the area looking for more once it got in the newspaper, couldnt find any. The city bolted them together after that
