Clearly that lady knew what she was doing, because she looked around several times before actually doing it. I'm actually a Mediator, among other things. And I've done a few ones where disagreements arise over a dog barking and such. And more often than not, it's the moronic owner that's at fault and not the animal. That is bizarre.
