I think that what happened to him is horrible but to sue his employer is just well typical. He is trying to profit from his expirience. Write a book dont sue your employer. get a life. We live in a sue happy nation and its killing us as a country. this will go on forever and he will probably end up a millionare which is what he is aiming for I am sure. Just because you have the legal right to sue doesnt mean we should.
