Jason Richardson DUI Arrest

Just a couple days ago it was Charles Barkley, now it is Phoenix Suns guard Jason Richardson who is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol in an American Indian tribal community in metropolitan Phoenix.
A citation filed in court says the ex-Michigan State star was stopped by a Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community police officer in the early morning of Dec. 21.
Richardson is accused of having a blood alcohol level above 0.08 percent while driving a 2008 Mercedes. He’s also accused of failure to drive in one lane.
Richardson, 26, was released after he was cited. A hearing date hasn’t been set.
Richardson, who has averaged 17.6 points and 4.3 rebounds this season, was acquired in a trade with the Charlotte Bobcats last month.
